I cannot accept returns for boxes that have had incense burned in them. Once used, the piece is yours.

If your piece remains untouched and in original condition, I'll accept a return within 7 days of purchase.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

What matters most is that you find exactly what you're looking for and feel at home with your piece. The magic is in the giving.

In some cases different stick incense manufacturers come in different diameters. I make a standard sized hole that accommodates all. In some scenarios (including my personal boxes) shortening the non-burning end of the stick or bending of the stick to allow it proper clearance is necessary. This is normal of all enclosed burners and considered when I'm creating the stick holder insert. Each box or batch of incense can have inconsistencies even if you've been using the same manufacturer for a long period of time.

Heat is a powerful element. Please never leave burning incense unattended and always place your box in an area where it can vent properly.
